Mr. Frederick
Mr. Frederick started karate at the age of 7. He was introduced to it by an old friend and had little to no idea what it was. He quickly became hooked and devoted a lot of his time and effort into the sport. He continued to work hard and eventually earned his first degree black belt in April of 2022. Grateful for the life lessons and memories, Mr. Frederick wanted to give others the same opportunity and decided to become an instructor. He has been teaching ever since and is still determined to continue his karate journey.
